We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders.  

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (but not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays). Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your order for shipping. 

Delivery times are indicated from the day when the order has been confirmed by Siedrés. Our aim is to fulfil all orders in the time scale indicated above, but please note that longer shipping times can occur due to unforeseen reasons.  

If we foresee significant delays in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Please also note that Siedrés is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are under the customer's responsibility. 

Siedrés is also not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
