Free Returns

Note: Our free shipping and return policy is valid for orders placed on or after 08/01/2025.

  • Siédres is pleased to offer free returns for all online orders. Please note that online purchases cannot be returned in our physical stores.
  • If you are interested in a different size or colour, please return the item(s) and place a new order.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in sellable condition.
  • They should be in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.

Shipping Method for Returns

  • We offer free returns with the shipping company that provides the return waybill.
  • If you choose to use another shipping service, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
  • Siedrés is not liable for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
  • Ensure all return packages are securely packaged and sent using a trackable, insured service.
  • Please note that all purchased items must be returned in their original packaging. Items returned in alternative packaging will be automatically rejected.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • You will be notified about the refund status once the returned items have been inspected.
  • Refunds will reflect the price stated on our website at the time of your order.

Authorization for Returns

  • Items returned without having completed the return form and receiving prior authorization will be automatically rejected.
  • To request a return, please submit a returns form through our returns page or contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • If your return is not authorized, we will notify you via email.

Return Time Frame

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date of your item(s) to request a return and ship them back.
