WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
APPLICATION AND REQUEST FORM TO THE DATA CONTROLLER
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the applicant has the right to apply to Siedres Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Siedres") on the following issues and;
- Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- learn the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant legislation,
- object to this result in the event of a result to the detriment, if that the processed personal data is analyzed exclusively through automated systems, to
- request compensation for damages if personal data is processed in violation of the KVKK and is damaged for this reason.
Within the scope of Article 13/1 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, it is necessary and sufficient to submit the application to the data controller Siedres by the following methods via this application form;

In order for the applicant to be recognized, contacted and the subject of the request to be clearly understood, the information specified in the table below should be filled in the application in a complete, clear and understandable manner, and in order to ensure data security, documents certifying the identity and other information and documents related to the request, if any, should be attached to the application.
In order for a person other than the applicant to make a request, there must be a notarized special power of attorney issued by the personal data owner, containing authorization to request information and make requests regarding personal data.
Your applications within this scope will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. Applications are free of charge, however, if the transaction incurs an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested.
